So, what is your favourite pub in Glasgow?

I've got a couple. Heilan Jessie and Macsorleys!

I enjoy going into the little snug of the Steps Bar on Glassford Street. It truly is a wee trip back into a bygone era, much better than some of the 'Formica palaces' that exist in the city.

The Hielan' Jessie on Gallowgate and The Old Ship Bank in Saltmarket.

Heilan jessie (any afternoon), Tolbooth bar (wed aft and sat early eves), Old College Bar (wed nights), the Winds and Intermezzo ( Friday nights), the Lauriston ( sat afts)

Gorevan my old friend Hugh Muldoon has a connection with these two pubs along with my nephew Michael Smith .
